Image of InstructorKeith Engelhardt has been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 25 years at area institutions including Montgomery Co. Career Technology Center and the Dayton Heart Fitness Center. He has also taught yoga to the touring cast of CATS(tm).

Join him as he guides you to a level of tranquility (while increasing your muscle tone and flexibility) few of us experience in our hectic daily lives. Currently he conducts classes at Samaritan North's Well Being Center. In his classes, he combines an eclectic mix of Kripalu yoga, Iyengar yoga, Kundilini yoga, and Acu-Yoga.

Professionally, Keith is a Web Developer/Software Analyst and Training Specialist. In addition to being a member of the Dayton Yoga Teacher's Network and the California Yoga Teachers Association (CYTA), Keith has also been a local and national member of the American Society of Training and Development and the Institute of Noetic Science. He is a skilled artisan with over 30 years experience in photography, and over 7 years experience in serigraphy . In addition to teaching yoga, his eclectic interests include: Jungian psychology, computers, metaphysics, quantum physics, organic gardening and gourmet cooking . As a life philosophy, he seeks to "Develop his highest potential", which he applies to all his endeavors. Keith lives with his wife, Beth, in Trotwood, OH.
